Honey Mustard Dressing

Honey Mustard Dressing

A creamy, sweet-and-tangy dressing built on Sarbu raw Apple Cider Vinegar — perfect drizzled over salads or used as a dip.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tablespoons Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

STEPS

1. Combine base ingredients: Shake the Sarbu ACV bottle to mix in the mother, then add 2 tablespoons Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar to a bowl or jar along with 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons honey.

2. Whisk to combine: Whisk together until the mustard and honey are fully dissolved and the mixture looks smooth.

3. Add the olive oil: Slowly drizzle in 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously, until the dressing thickens and emulsifies.

4. Season and taste: Season with 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground. Whisk once more and taste, adjusting honey or mustard to your preference.

5. Shortcut: jar method (optional): If using a jar, add all ingredients and shake vigorously with the lid on until well combined — a quick alternative to whisking.

6. Serve or store: Drizzle over salads, use as a dip, or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for later.

NOTES

For a creamier, thicker dressing (great as a dip for veggies or fries), whisk in a tablespoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to a week — shake well before each use, since the ingredients may separate slightly.
