Why Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar?
Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar is a raw, unfiltered vinegar made by naturally fermenting fresh apples. It contains the natural “Mother” and comes in one size, 500 ml.
The Mother is a cloudy, thread-like mix of beneficial bacteria, yeast and enzymes that forms naturally during fermentation. Its presence shows the vinegar hasn’t been over-processed.
That is the Mother, and it is natural. Cloudiness, strands or settled sediment mean the vinegar is raw and unfiltered. Shake the bottle well before use.
Raw means the vinegar isn’t heavily processed. Unfiltered means we don’t strain out the Mother, so it stays in the bottle.
Fresh apple juice is fermented naturally, first into a mild alcohol and then into acetic acid. We add no shortcuts or additives, only time, apples, and tradition.
The acidity is 5%, as stated on the label. This is standard for food-grade apple cider vinegar.
It is our core recipe, made with 100% natural apple juice and nothing else added.
Not at the moment. We offer one product, Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar Original, in a 500 ml bottle.
Regular vinegar is often filtered, clarified or made from synthetic acetic acid. Sarbu is made from fermented apples, is not filtered, and retains the Mother.
Just one: 100% apple juice, fermented to 5% acidity.

Some research suggests vinegar taken with meals may affect post-meal blood sugar. It is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have diabetes or take diabetes medication, please talk to your doctor first.
Some people use diluted vinegar in their beauty routines, but we don’t make any claims for topical use. Never apply it undiluted to skin, and patch-test first.
Per 15 ml serving, the label lists vitamin C (1.44 mg), calcium (0.48 mg) and iron (0.07 mg). These are small amounts, so don’t rely on it as a source of nutrients.

In moderate amounts (1–2 teaspoons, diluted, once daily as per our usage guidance), it is generally considered safe for most healthy adults. Do not exceed the suggested amount.
Speak to your doctor first if you have acid reflux or GERD, gastritis or ulcers, kidney problems or low potassium. The same goes if you take diabetes medicines, diuretics or heart medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Children should not take it without a paediatrician’s advice.
