A light, refreshing cooler that pairs Sarbu raw Apple Cider Vinegar with brewed green tea, fresh mint, and lime — perfect chilled over ice.

INGREDIENTS

• 200 milliliters water
• 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose green tea)
• 1 tablespoons Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar
• 0.5 lime, juiced
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1 teaspoons honey (optional, to taste)
• 1 cups ice cubes

STEPS

1. Brew the green tea: Bring 200 milliliters water to a boil, then steep 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose green tea) for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain out the leaves.

2. Cool the tea: Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 15 minutes, or add ice to cool it down quickly.

3. Add the Sarbu ACV: Shake the Sarbu ACV bottle to mix in the mother, then stir 1 tablespoons Sarbu Apple Cider Vinegar into the cooled tea.

4. Add lime and mint: Squeeze in the juice of 0.5 lime, juiced and add 6 fresh mint leaves, lightly crushed between your fingers to release their aroma.

5. Sweeten (optional): Stir in 1 teaspoons honey (optional, to taste) if you’d like a touch of sweetness. Taste and adjust.

6. Serve over ice: Fill a glass with 1 cups ice cubes and pour the refresher over the top. Garnish with an extra mint leaf and a lime slice if you like.

NOTES

Let the green tea cool fully before adding the Sarbu ACV — mixing it into hot tea can dull some of the natural enzymes in the raw, unfiltered vinegar. For a stronger mint flavor, gently muddle the mint leaves before adding them. This refresher works well as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up instead of a plain iced tea.
